What's Included?

All our Bike Camera 'Action Ready Packages' include everything you need to start filming. Each package includes the following as a minimum:

• -

  - mini 46Kam bullet camera

• - digital video recorder (DVR)

• - microphone kit.

• - camera mount

• - battery pack

• - user guide

The differences between each package is usually determined by the DVR model included. Clicking on the DVR name within the contents boxes below will give you more information about that models specification and usability.

Full Audio

Our camera systems are supplied with a microphone designed to optimise the sound recording of your bike, to ensure you get great audio playback for your videos of the engine note and not the wind noise!

It is also possible to take an audio feed from your on bike intercom system to allow you to record your comments or conversations onto the video - especially useful for motorcycle instructors or touring.

Bike Power Kit (BPK)

Many customers prefer to power the camera equipment directly from the bike. This avoids the need for extra battery packs and also the hassle of charging. It also means you can film and record indefinitely! If you want this functionality then simply select a Bike Power Kit along with your chosen package when ordering.

The Kits

If you want to use your camera on a track day then many organisers now insist on a mini bullet camera setup such as our Action Ready Package™. This is due to a number of incidents with larger cameras becoming detached on track. Other cameras that are heavier and more precarious than a bullet camera when mounted have therefore caused safety concerns for those in charge and hence many have banned their use. If you want to ensure that you can use a camera at these events then fit one of our discreet 46Kam ARP kits.

NB: Some tracks may insist you sign an agreement promising that any footage recorded will only be taken for personal use (ie not for youtube etc), surely that's better though than being told you can't use your camera at all!
